Our next course is  "Real Self Defence"
This course is for ladies only aged 11 and over.
This is a 2 hour course on Thursday 30th October 2008
6.00pm to 8.00pm. to be held in Leigh on Sea. Cost £15 per person.

If you believe that you and your Daughter have the right to fight back, when attacked, then this is the course for you. This course must be pre booked.
